Refund Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for VerixHQ (including SparkProof, FieldProof and RamsProof) purchased at verixhq.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Cryptocurrency Payments

Paid subscriptions are currently settled in USDT (cryptocurrency). Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature: once confirmed on the network, a payment cannot be charged back or reversed by us or by you.

For this reason, please double-check the plan, the amount, the network and the wallet address before paying.

3. When We Consider Refunds

Although crypto payments are technically irreversible, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund if ALL of the following apply:

• the request is submitted within 14 days of the payment;
• a technical problem on our side prevented you from using the paid features (for example, your subscription was not activated after a confirmed payment, or a critical defect made the Service unusable);
• the problem was reported to us and we were given a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@verixhq.com from the address linked to your account, stating: the payment date, the transaction hash (for USDT payments), the plan purchased and a description of the issue. We may ask follow-up questions to verify the request.

5. How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds for USDT payments are sent in USDT to the same wallet address the payment came from, minus any blockchain network fees. We cannot send refunds to a different address. When card payments via Stripe become available, card refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

6. Free Plan and Non-Refundable Items

The Free plan involves no payment and therefore cannot be refunded. Used portions of a billing period, referral-program benefits and amounts already spent on consumed usage are not refundable.

7. Processing Time

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved USDT refunds are typically sent within 7 business days of approval; the time until the transaction confirms depends on the blockchain network.
