Why VerixHQ exists
VerixHQ was founded by Vitalii, a builder by trade. He knows this industry from the inside — how hard the work on site is, and how much of it depends on paperwork: inspections, submissions, and documents that decide whether your crew works tomorrow.
Wanting to give something back to the industry he came from, he began studying AI technologies and researching the problems contractors face in the UAE. Two problems kept appearing everywhere: engineers spend hours digging through regulations for a single clause, and site paperwork is issued in English only — while the crews who sign it read Arabic.
So he built VerixHQ: regulation answers with the exact clause reference, field inspections that work offline, and RAMS documents in two languages — English for the consultant, Arabic for the crew. Every checklist and template is built from the published DEWA, DM and Civil Defense requirements.
